A list of (previously) banned books that I want to read:

• 1001 Arabian Nights
• Catcher in the Rye (despite having read a bunch of salinger, i haven't read this one
• The Satanic Verses
• As I Lay Dying
• Doctor Zhivago
• Lady Chatterley's Lover
  

I think part of my reading goals for next year is going to read some banned books. Mostly for the sake of awesomeness. Looking at some banned book lists, it turns out I've read a lot of such books already
