My last post was meant as a cathartic activity, but I didn't really achieve the effect I was going for. I still feel out of sorts, sort of my mind is floating upside down in my head. If that were literally happening, that would be extremely unhealthy, but I can't think of a better way to describe this effect.
I just feel somehow unbalanced. I must need more escapism, possibly less vegetables.
ugh, I'm probably just psyching myself out. hopefully i'll stabilize soon.
